Fine Filter Mesh effect:

1. Float type oil filter, in order to make the oil pump work well, it is necessary to remove the large particles and impurities in the lubricating oil before entering the oil pump. This task is undertaken by the filter.It is connected to the oil inlet of the engine oil pump. When the engine oil pump is working, the oil is sucked into the narrow gap between the cover and the float, filtered out the coarse impurities through the filter screen, and then the oil pipe welded on the float enters the engine oil pump.When the filter is silted up, the suction of the inlet pipe increases to overcome the strong force of the filter and make the bad mouth leave the cover, the oil will not go through the filter and directly into the suction pipe from the ring mouth.

 

2. The coarse filter is connected in series between the oil pump and the main oil channel, so it is also called full-flow filter, which is used to remove large impurities in the oil.It is mainly composed of top cover, shell, paper filter element and bypass valve.When the engine is working, the lubricating oil with pressure is sent into the cavity around the filter core, and the larger impurities in the oil are blocked by the paper filter core, while the clean lubricating oil enters the inner cavity of the filter core, and then enters the main oil channel of the cylinder body through the oil outlet.

 

3. Fine filter: Its function is to filter out smaller impurities in the lubricating oil. It is usually connected with the main oil channel in parallel, there are two kinds of centrifugal type and paper-board type.

 

4. Structure of centrifugal fine filter: The hollow rotating shaft is fixed on the housing, and the rotor body and the end sleeve are connected together. It is located on the thrust bearing and can rotate freely around the rotor shaft.The compression nut fastens the rotor cover to the rotor body and compresses it with a spring to limit the axial movement of the rotor, with two opposite nozzles installed below the rotor.When the engine is running, a small part of the oil is pumped from the engine oil pump into the filter through the oil port.When the oil pressure is lower than 9s kpa, the inlet pressure limit valve is closed and the fine filter does not work.When the oil pressure exceeds 98 kpa and the pressure limiting valve gradually opens, the oil is ejected from the oil outlet hole through the central hole of the rotor shaft.It then enters the tumbler through the oil hole and is ejected from both nozzles, where the jet reaction forces propel the hand around.When the oil pressure rises to 294 kpa, the rotor speed can reach more than 5000r/min. The proportion of impurities in the lubricating oil in the rotor cavity is larger than that of the lubricating oil. Under the action of rotating centrifugal force, the rotor is thrown to the wall and attached to the wall.The clean lubricating oil at the center enters the two nozzles from the center and continuously squirts out, and the lubricating oil gushing flows back to the lower crankcase.
